Work Scope:
•Draft communication materials for review by supervisor, including but not limited to social media posts, clipping reports, research findings, etc
•Handle desktop and other researches for supervisors on behalf of existing clients and new business
•Create and maintain media lists, handle routine media inquiries and follow-up, etc
•Handle administrative tasks in a timely manner, including completion of timesheets and expense reports,
•Provide support at offline events
Main Expectation:
•University degree in Communications or related discipline
•Native language fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and strong English writing and speaking skills (CET6 and above)
•Internship at a Public Relations Agency or in the Communications Department of a company will be a plus
•Enjoys working hard, with positive attitude and be responsible
•Always acts professionally and maintains Ruder Finn’s high ethical standards
